The whimsical holiday designs by Christmas Island, an Australian territory in the Indian Ocean, often features the theme of “Santa in paradise.” This is an idea which I am attempting to incorporate in the soon-to-be-announced 2013 “Christmas in Phuket” release by Muang Phuket Local Post. I particularly like Kris Kringle laying in the hammock and the crabs polishing his boots.
