Established in 1918 as training school for primary-level teachers in farming, Kasetsart is the first university that offers agricultural curriculum in Thailand. The institute was expanded and became Kasetsart College and later Kasetsart University. This public university has shared the knowledge “Science of Country” which is the foundation of nation development, covering agriculture, science and technology, social science, and humanity. Kasetsart University supports education, research, academic service, management and provide research center, fieldwork station for students, and Kasetsart Veterinary Teaching Hospital.

Special commemorative stamp is issued to celebrate the 72nd Anniversary of Kasetsart University illustrates the main hall of Bangkhen campus, the place of public recognition.
